You have finished the 3 days on the Very Low Caloric Diet 500 calories and NO HCG. Letting the HCG exit your system, transitioning from Phase 2 to 3rd phase. It is time to start Phase 3, The 'Stabilization Phase'.
You have finished the 3 days on the Very Low Caloric Diet 500 calories and NO HCG. Letting the HCG exit your system, transitioning from Phase 2 to 3rd phase. It is time to start Phase 3, The 'Stabilization Phase'.
For a period of 3 weeks:
- NO HCG
- NO Sugars
- NO Starches
- Eat breakfast and slowly introduce additional calories
- up to 1500 calories per day
- Expand your fruit and vegetable intake
- Add dairy products; milk, yogurt, cheese
- Include eggs
- NO potatoes, yams, plantains, yucca, corn, rice, grains and pastas.
