Summary of the HCG Protocol

Phase 3, The 'Stabilization Phase'.

You have finished the 3 days on the Very Low Caloric Diet 500 calories and NO HCG.  Letting the HCG exit your system, transitioning from Phase 2 to 3rd phase.  It is time to start Phase 3, The 'Stabilization Phase'.

For a period of 3 weeks:
  • NO HCG
  • NO Sugars
  • NO Starches
  • Eat breakfast and slowly introduce additional calories
  • up to 1500 calories per day
  • Expand your fruit and vegetable intake 
  • Add dairy products; milk, yogurt, cheese 
  • Include eggs
  • NO potatoes, yams, plantains, yucca, corn, rice, grains and pastas. 
This 3 week period is very important to help maintain your 'NEW' body weight.
